תיאור משרה ניהול רציפות הייצור באולם, ניהול מלא של העובדים באולם ניהול אישי ומקצועי של עובדי קו הייצור, כולל הפסקות וסידור עבודה. תפעול מלא של האולם, בצורה הטובה ביותר ועם מינימום פגיעה בייצור ובתפוקות, תוך ממשק עם טכנאים. שמירה על איכות ובטיחות, תוך ממשק עם מחלקות האיכות והבטיחות. כפיפים עובדי ייצור, חומרנים, פטרול ומדווח ייצור דרישות שליטה מלאה בעברית. שליטה בסיסית באותיות באנגלית ידע בסיסי ב EXEL לפחות שנתיים ניסיון בניהול של 20 עובדים מאוכלוסיות מגוונות. ניסיון בעבודת משמרות של 12 שעות בוקר ולילה. מיומנויות בינאישיות וניהוליות- יכולת הקשבה והכלה, יכולת העברת מסרים, אסרטיביות, סדר וארגון, מולטיטסקינג, ראייה מערכתית, תעדוף משימות והבחנה בין עיקר לתפול, קבלת סמכות.
