Role & responsibilities

Have 5 years of experience in Saas/ Subscription business models and designing solutions for the same.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the Zuora platform or equivalent products.
Possess the capability to compose both basic and sophisticated SQL queries for extracting data, facilitating analysis and verification processes.
Translate business requirements to technical user stories for the development team.
Integrate cutting-edge technologies and streamline business systems to tackle complex challenges effectively.
Possess a proven track record of documenting, analyzing, and enhancing business workflows to improve both efficiency and effectiveness.
Be receptive to operating within a closed-stack system developed on the Zuora Platform, facilitating the management of customer subscription and billing journeys for SaaS products.
