Sales Dev Sr. (Solid experience in printing)
Product Lifecycle Management: Develop and execute plans for the introduction of new printer products and manage the existing portfolio. Monitor product performance in the market, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regional trends. Collaborate with the Business Unit to adjust strategies and offerings based on evolving market demands. Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to the Latin American market. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, and Channel teams to develop market penetration plans. Establish product positioning and messaging that highlight Zebra's competitive advantages. Competitive Intelligence and Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Provide actionable insights to Sales and Marketing teams to enhance competitive positioning. Identify opportunities to expand Zebra's presence in the printer market. Sales Enablement and Training: Deliver product training and enablement sessions to internal teams, partners, and distributors. Equip sales teams with tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively position Zebra's printers. Act as a subject matter expert on Zebra printers during customer and partner engagements. Pricing and Promotions: Develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Drive promotional initiatives to increase market adoption and sales. Customer and Partner Engagement: Collaborate with customers and partners to identify pain points and propose tailored solutions. Support the recruitment and enablement of partners with expertise in Zebra's printer solutions across LATAM. Act as a liaison between customers and Zebra's internal teams to address technical or business challenges. Operates with a high degree of autonomy, making decisions of moderate to high complexity that impact business outcomes. Responsible for influencing customer decisions and driving adoption of Zebra's printer solutions. Responsible for achieving revenue targets and managing personal expenses within established budgets. Leads multiple transactions, including moderately complex deals that may require unique technical or commercial coordination. Plays a critical role in advancing Zebra's strategic goals in the printer market. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the printing, technology, or related industries. Advanced English proficiency is required; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus. Proficiency in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and crafting go-to-market strategies. Demonstrated expertise in delivering sales enablement, training, and product positioning initiatives. Familiarity with solution selling and customer-centric approaches to business development. Experience and Expertise: Proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least 5 years of relevant experience managing product portfolios. Expertise in the printer industry and its applications in industries such as retail, logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing is highly desirable. Strong understanding of Latin America's market dynamics and customer preferences. Technical and Business Acumen: Solid knowledge of Zebra's solutions or similar technologies in the printing industry. Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate how Zebra's printer solutions can drive customer success and ROI. Ability to manage medium to high-complexity projects and coordinate resources to deliver results. Sales and Communication Skills: Applies solution-selling concepts to effectively address customer pain points and propose value-driven solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders, from internal teams to external customers and partners. Demonstrated ability to present and advocate for Zebra's products to decision-makers and end-users.
