Consult with cross function stakeholder groups to assess and analyze learning and training needs, assists in the recommendation process to decision-makers, identifies delivery methods and implements plans accordingly. Analyzes organizational structures, responsibilities, reporting relationships and work processes Establish centralized and functional learning structure on ZEN for the given organization. Facilitate, Align, Maintain, and create new programs and offerings for New Employees, People Leaders and other development programs. Perform knowledge check activities / Evaluate learning and training programs to meet CPS organizational development goals. Develop the global and regional processes for the deployment of learning programs. Manage the lifecycle of a learning content. - Excellent knowledge of ZEN and other training tools and techniques - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Solid knowledge of quality tools and techniques including basic statistics. - Very Good knowledge of MS office components and Excel.
