AI Evangelism & Use-Case Shaping: Partner with Finance, IT, and Digital teams to identify and prioritize high-value AI and automation opportunities. Lead the development of Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) from idea to measurable outcomes and champion the adoption of AI across the finance organization. Innovation Culture & Training: Act as a catalyst for cultural change by running innovation forums and workshops. Stand up and coordinate an internal trainer's network to empower finance teams with AI, BI, and automation skills, enabling them to experiment with and implement new, more efficient ways of working. Strategic Partnership: Serve as the "Innovation Advisor" and a key partner for business champions, helping to shape, build, and amplify their ideas. Prioritize innovation use cases and connect them to the broader finance strategy. Portfolio & Benefits Management: Maintain an enterprise-visible pipeline of innovation projects and a benefits tracker. Present quarterly progress updates on key initiatives and their impact to the Finance Leadership Team (FLT). External Innovation Scouting: Actively research and identify emerging technologies and innovative ideas from the external market that can be applied to Zebra's finance teams. Assess their potential benefits and validate them through PoCs. Technology Enablement: Develop a deep understanding of new and existing technologies at Zebra. Guide finance teams on how to leverage these tools effectively for process innovation and improvement. Masters's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or IT; further professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA or similar) is an advantage as the person will be close working with Zebra Finance Teams, strong foundation in AI frameworks and Data Visualizations is a must; Six Sigma, Kaizen, Project Management or any other continuous improvement certification is a plus Minimum of 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing innovation and automation solutions. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in various Finance positions, preferably in a multinational environment. Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically, evaluate new opportunities, and drive organizational change. Influence & Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to interact with and influence senior-level stakeholders. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Digital Transformation. Leadership & Coaching: Strong coaching, training, and project management skills. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Innovation Mindset: A passion for fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning. Integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
