Proven experience in account management, with a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to manage complex sales cycles. Solid understanding of printing solutions, labeling supplies, and related technologies (preferred). Ability to analyze sales KPIs, market trends, and financial metrics. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics for consumables. Experience in cross-functional collaboration within global or matrix organizations.
