2026 summer (3-Month) Internship (Canada) – Strategic Sourcing
Discovery & Analysis: Conduct stakeholder interviews to document the questions and feedback on current RFP process, identifying gaps, pain points, and critical risk areas. Benchmarking: Leverage market intelligence and industry best practices to benchmark and identify opportunities for improving Zebra's tier 1 RFP process and quoting template. Process Design & Optimization: Design and propose an optimized, end-to-end process flow, incorporating feedback from cross-functional stakeholders to gain final approval. Documentation & Governance: Create detailed process maps and an enhanced quoting template with detailed working instructions. Communication & Reporting: Establish a regular communication cadence with management, providing clear and concise readouts on project milestones, progress, and dependencies. Current enrollment in a MBA with an anticipated graduation date by May 2027 Must be authorized to work in the Canada without requiring sponsorship now or in the future A proactive and intellectually curious learner with a passion for personal growth. Strong business acumen with the ability to transform data into insights and strategic solutions. Proven leadership and a history of excellence in professional, academic, or other settings. Highly collaborative with demonstrated success working within a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern AI productivity tools.
