You will be:

designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Go,
building and maintaining REST APIs,
working within a microservices architecture,
collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions,
ensuring code quality through version control and best practices,
working with Docker and modern development tools,
leveraging AI-powered assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat) to improve productivity and decision-making.

Your profile:

3+ years of experience with Go,
4+ years of experience in software development,
experience building REST APIs and microservices,
solid knowledge of MySQL,
experience with Docker and Git,
experience working with RabbitMQ and Redis,
familiarity with Doctrine and basic knowledge of CSS,
practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat or similar) to improve productivity and software delivery,
English - at least B2+,
practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

experience with PHP,
experience applying Generative AI (GenAI) in a structured way within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations,
experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
