Workshop Supervisor – Earth Moving Equipment (m/f/x)
Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, Nigeria
As a Workshop Supervisor within our Plant & Equipment Department (PED), you will play an important operational role in supporting the efficient running of the workshop. You will supervise day-to-day maintenance and repair activities, coordinate technicians and resources, ensure work is carried out in line with technical standards and safety requirements, and support the reliable availability of our equipment. You will apply your hands-on technical expertise and practical understanding of machinery to ensure high-quality execution of all workshop tasks.
What duties will you have?
Lead the charge: take ownership of all repair and maintenance activities for top-tier machinery like CAT, Liebherr, and JCB
Empower the team: Allocate tasks, inspire your team, and ensure everything runs smoothly and safely
Solve Challenges: Dive into troubleshooting and fault diagnosis, finding the smartest solutions
Ensure Excellence: Oversee final inspections, guaranteeing every repair meets the highest standards
Drive Efficiency: Manage accurate, on-time documentation while keeping workflows seamless
Grow Talent: Mentor and develop your team, guiding them to reach new levels of expertise
