Hardy Spicer is a part of Motion and are leaders in the Australian aftermarket supplier of Hydraulic and Industrial Hose & Fittings, Driveshafts, and Universal Joints.

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Workshop Fitter to join our Sunshine West team. If you enjoy practical work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to grow your career, this is the opportunity for you.

What your Day to Day looks like:

• Build and reconditioning driveshafts for automotive, commercial, off highway and industrial applications.
• Machine of driveline components.
• Assemble, welding, and balancing of driveshafts.
• General workshop duties as required.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Strong fitting and machining skills gained in a workshop environment
• Solid mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge
• Experience operating manual lathes and welding equipment (essential)
• Flexibility and a proactive, team-focused attitude
• A commitment to safety and quality, following company Health & Safety policies and procedures
• A willingness to learn, undertake training, and contribute to achieving team targets
