What You'll Do

This is an early careers opportunity at the heart of our London office. Reporting into our Director of Performance, Development and Workplace Experience (in HR), and trained and supported day-to-day by our Edinburgh Office Manager, you'll have real ownership from day one - with great people around you to help you grow.

  • Own the office experience – be the go-to person for the smooth, safe, and welcoming running of our London office; managing supplies, vendors, maintenance, compliance checks (H&S, PAT testing), and building relationships with key service providers.
  • Lead on health & safety – maintain onsite records for Fire Wardens, First Aiders, and Mental Health First Aiders; keep evacuation processes and documentation current and visible.
  • Bring our culture to life – help plan and deliver social events, All Hands sessions, recognition moments, wellbeing programmes, and community initiatives; partnering with the Inclusion Team on cultural calendars.
  • Support employee experience programmes – coordinate our "10 2 1" Discussion Group sessions and local ModStart (onboarding) delivery, managing scheduling, rooms, materials, and communications.
  • Support local leadership – provide light-touch diary coordination, travel, and event logistics support to the London leadership team.
  • Help shape our new home – play an active part in our upcoming move to a new central London office, helping to define the identity, vibe, and purpose of the space.

Who You Are

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or school leaver taking their first or second step into the world of work. We're not looking for years of office management experience - we're looking for energy, initiative, and the right attitude.

What you'll need:

  • A curious mindset and genuine drive to make a difference - you spot what needs doing and get on with it, and you know when to ask for support.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or service environment - hospitality, retail, events, or similar - is welcome.
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to juggle competing priorities.
  • A confident, people-first communicator who is comfortable being a visible, welcoming presence in the office every day.
  • Based in or around London, with the right to work in the UK.

Nice to haves:

  • An interest in fintech, People/HR, or workplace operations as a career direction.
  • Any exposure to event coordination, facilities, EA/PA, or office environments.
  • Health & Safety training, or experience supporting a leadership team.

What We Offer You

  • Share Options – We offer a Company Share Option Plan (CSOP), giving you the opportunity to benefit from any increase in share value in the event of a sale, merger, or flotation.
  • Bonus – Our annual discretionary bonus, paid in May for the previous year, is based on both company and individual performance.
  • Flexible benefits – £1,000 to spend on benefits to suit you, including private medical insurance, gym membership, dental and more.
  • Wellbeing app – Confidential, on-demand access to therapy, coaching, counselling, management training or mindfulness sessions with accredited professionals, with company-funded hours and top-up options available.
  • Holidays – 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus your birthday off. In the UK, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day are fixed holidays. You can choose the remaining days to suit your personal schedule.
  • Professional development – The possibility of in-role professional development training is being explored for this position.
  • Learning opportunities – Our two-day onboarding programme, ModStart, helps equip you for success. Learning doesn't stop there; we'll continue to support your development through various channels.
  • Company-Wide Events – Participate in collaborative and engaging events with colleagues across the business.
  • Bike to work / E-bike scheme
