YOUR JOB
As the working student, you will play a crucial role in supporting your colleagues on site and the international office team.
Your job's key responsibilities are:
Working part-time (20 hours per week) in Belgrade's office
Supporting our international team in the administrative area, enter data and do various documentations (e.g. scanning of offers and documents)
Actively working in the front office (reception, hospitality, cooperation with suppliers, etc.)
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and answering calls
Accepting deliveries, checking delivery notes, telephone service, and reception
Assisting our facility and travel management as well as the central purchasing department
Conducting timely and cost-conscious organization of flights, hotel, rental cars, trains, etc., supporting bigger group bookings, and process travel expense reporting
Supporting organization of facility management on-site (coordination of craftsmen services, on-site operations)
Ordering office necessities in alignment with purchasing department, including offer requesting, communication with supplier and checking delivery note
