Your Role:
- Support Tech Belonging and inclusion initiatives and internal campaigns
- Support digital accessibility initiatives fostering disability inclusion
- Slides presentation and video creations
- Graphic design knowledge for banners, logos and promotional materials in social medias and internal websites
- Contribute to internal platforms - maintenance and update
- Assist and organization with events such as vodcasts, live talks, and awareness sessions
- Explore Microsoft 365 accessibility features, AI tools, and inclusive digital solutions
- Support communication, storytelling, and engagement activities
- Bring fresh ideas and a user‑centric perspective
- Support on content creation
- Interest in storytelling, learning formats, or awareness campaigns
- Openness to cross‑functional collaboration.
- Creative thinking around how technology can be more human‑centered
Your Qualifications:
Digital Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, accessibility features)
- Interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT / Microsoft Copilot)
- Basic understanding of digital accessibility concepts (e.g., usability, inclusive design)
- First exposure to content creation, platforms, or communities
Communication Skills
- Solid written communication skills (emails, short posts, presentations, learning content)
- Openness to feedback and constructive, respectful dialogue
- Comfortable collaborating in diverse, cross‑functional, multicultural teams
- Enrolled student (IT, digital science, psychology, design, social sciences, humanities, business, or similar)
- Curiosity for technology, passion for inclusion, openness to learning, and the courage to put people first.
- Very good (C1) English skills are required, both written and spoken
- German language skills are a plus and beneficial for collaboration, but not mandatory
