Your Role:

  • Support Tech Belonging and inclusion initiatives and internal campaigns
  • Support digital accessibility initiatives fostering disability inclusion
  • Slides presentation and video creations
  • Graphic design knowledge for banners, logos and promotional materials in social medias and internal websites
  • Contribute to internal platforms - maintenance and update
  • Assist and organization with events such as vodcasts, live talks, and awareness sessions
  • Explore Microsoft 365 accessibility features, AI tools, and inclusive digital solutions
  • Support communication, storytelling, and engagement activities
  • Bring fresh ideas and a user‑centric perspective
  • Support on content creation
  • Interest in storytelling, learning formats, or awareness campaigns
  • Openness to cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Creative thinking around how technology can be more human‑centered

 

Your Qualifications: 

Digital Skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, accessibility features)
  • Interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT / Microsoft Copilot)
  • Basic understanding of digital accessibility concepts (e.g., usability, inclusive design)
  • First exposure to content creation, platforms, or communities 

Communication Skills

  • Solid written communication skills (emails, short posts, presentations, learning content)
  • Openness to feedback and constructive, respectful dialogue
  • Comfortable collaborating in diverse, cross‑functional, multicultural teams
  • Enrolled student (IT, digital science, psychology, design, social sciences, humanities, business, or similar)
  • Curiosity for technology, passion for inclusion, openness to learning, and the courage to put people first.
  • Very good (C1) English skills are required, both written and spoken
  • German language skills are a plus and beneficial for collaboration, but not mandatory
