The Digital Ad Operations role is responsible for end-to-end execution and stewardship of digital advertising campaigns across Locality / AI Digital platforms, including trafficking, QA, launch, delivery monitoring, pacing management, reporting, and close-out reconciliation. The role also supports programmatic operations and deal execution across SSP/DSP partners where applicable (PG, PMP, and open exchange), acting as an operational escalation point for complex delivery, auction, and configuration issues. This position partners closely with Sales, Account Management, Planning, Finance, and external agencies/vendors to ensure campaigns launch on time, deliver in full, and are measured and reported accurately.

QUALIFICATIONS


Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Strong digital trafficking and QA discipline with exceptional attention to detail and documentation rigor.
  • Comfort operating a pacing command center with daily monitoring, root-cause analysis, and recovery planning.
  • Experience implementing and QAing tags, pixels, and measurement vendor code; ability to troubleshoot data/measurement discrepancies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical constraints into client-friendly guidance.
  • Analytical capability in Excel/Sheets for pacing math, projections, reconciliation, and operational reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams).

Experience and Training

  • Experience in Digital Ad Operations, Campaign Management, Trafficking, Programmatic Operations, or a related media/ad tech field.
  • Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms and/or programmatic ecosystems (SSPs/DSPs) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting CTV/OTT campaign execution and reporting is a plus.
