You will be part of Shared Services Center which is comprises of Technical, IT and commercial services into a centralized unit that serves multiple business units. The goal is to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and standardize processes across the organization.

2. Overview / Objectives:
Responsible for technical administration, maintenance and reliable operation of Windows Server systems in virtual and physical environment.
3. Experience: 4 years or above
4. Educational Qualification: Bachelor technology Computer science / IT specialist
5. Area of responsibility
Managing Windows Server systems:
- Maintaining, configuring and operation of Windows server systems
- Install and upgrade server components and software, manage virtual servers and integrate automation process
Server lifecycle:
- Support the full lifecycle of all Windows Server systems, evaluating patches to determine their criticality, Impact on the test and production servers and ensure being updated on the latest software vulnerabilities and patches released by the vendors.
- Troubleshoot hard- and software errors by running different diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems and assessing impact of issues.
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
- Build internal technical documentation and manuals together with the team and/or Service Own
6.Decision Making Powers- Freedom of Action:
Monitoring of all supported server systems
- Log analysis / Log Check for housekeeping and troubleshooting
- Execution of requests in the Service Desk system (Ticketing)
- Vulnerability management of entire landscape (patches, configuration adjustment)
- Ongoing documentation of the existing environment, workloads, capacities
- Creating risks in the Risk process
- Changemanagement (every team member is responsible for his own changes)
7. Scope of cooperation
- Responsible for the administration, conceptual design and further development of the int. Service Windows Server in a corporate data center and working with IT team members across Europe, Asia and America.
8. Professional Requirement (SME)
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server systems
- In-depth knowledge of Windows technology like Active Directory, DNS, DFSR, ADFS, user and group management
- GPO design and configuration
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking
- Working knowledge on Powershell scripting
- HyperV knowledge
- Experience in Microsoft Licensing model
- Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience in working with Hyperscalers
- Microsoft Windows Cluster
