Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Educate seniors and pre‑retirees on Medicare, life, and health insurance options
- Assist with Medicare enrollments, plan changes, and applications
- Conduct client appointments using a needs‑based, consultative approach
- Build long‑lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Generate new business using company‑provided marketing and lead systems
- Stay current with Medicare guidelines and insurance products in Wisconsin
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- Professionals who enjoy helping people and building relationships
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM systems)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a local team
- Active Life & Health insurance license OR willingness to obtain one(Licensing assistance and training provided)
