Requirements
Valid CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo – essential
Proven experience operating Wheeled Loading Shovels (asphalt or plant experience preferred)
Full PPE
Strong awareness of site safety and procedures
Duties
Operating a Wheeled Loading Shovel safely and efficiently within an asphalt plant
Loading materials and feeding the plant
Stockpile management and material handling
Supporting site operations and working as part of a team
Completing daily checks and basic maintenance
Following all health and safety procedures
