We are seeking a highly skilled and agile Web GUI Developer to join our Quantitative Technology team. This role focuses on building and maintaining real-time monitoring interfaces for high-performance trading systems. You’ll work closely with multiple trading and research teams to deliver intuitive, data-rich visualizations and tooling that support fast decision-making in a high-volume, high-bandwidth environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and optimize web-based GUIs for real-time trading system monitoring
- Design interfaces that handle high data volumes and bandwidth-intensive streams
- Implement rapid iteration cycles to support evolving business needs
- Collaborate with trading and research teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Build tooling for data analysis, visualization, and diagnostics
- Ensure performance, scalability, and responsiveness across all UI components
Your present skillset:
- Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, WebSockets, D3.js)
- Experience with real-time data visualization and performance tuning
- Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative development environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- No prior financial experience required—technical excellence and adaptability are key
Good-to-have:
- Familiarity with backend APIs and data pipelines
- Exposure to monitoring tools and observability platforms
- Understanding of UX principles for data-heavy interfaces
