Buscamos Web Designer & UX Sr. .
¿Qué harás?
- Liderarás el diseño de punta a punta (UX/UI) para proyectos web complejos, como sitios de marca, plataformas de configuración de vehículos y landing pages de alto impacto.
- Traducir los objetivos de negocio y las necesidades del usuario en flujos de navegación intuitivos, wireframes detallados, prototipos interactivos y mockups de alta fidelidad.
- Crear y mantener sistemas de diseño (Design Systems) para garantizar consistencia y escalabilidad en todas las plataformas digitales de la marca.
- Colaborar estrechamente con estrategas, desarrolladores, copywriters y project managers para dar vida a soluciones digitales cohesivas y de clase mundial.
- Presentar decisiones de diseño de manera convincente ante equipos internos y stakeholders, basándote en principios de UX, datos y mejores prácticas.
Skills Requeridos.
- Licenciatura Diseño Gráfic, Multimedia, Comunicación visual o carreras afines
- Experiencia +5 años
- Excelente manejo de Figma, Sketch y la Adobe Creative Suite. Fundamentos de front-end (HTML, CSS)
- Inglés AVANZADO
