About the role
We are looking for a Web Analyst to strengthen our e-commerce efforts in driving the growth of our business. Analysts are key members of the Finance Department, contributing significantly to decision-making and strategic planning. We are the proud owners of our data warehouse and all dashboards used in our company.
Once you join our team, you will be responsible for:
Preparing reports, analyses, and business recommendations based on data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and BigQuery
Managing and improving the Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup, including data layer configuration and tracking accuracy
Developing and maintaining the analytical environment in GA4
Collaborating with the UX team to design and implement analytics that deepen insights into user journeys
Designing and visualizing data in Looker Studio dashboards
Analyzing sales funnels and conducting A/B tests, translating insights into concrete actions that improve conversion and user engagement
Recommending optimization actions for traffic acquisition and conversion rate
Debugging tracking issues and ensuring the reliability of analytical tools
Collaborating closely with business and other teams (marketing, sales, development) to support data-driven decision-making

You will be fairly remunerated (depending on your skills and experience) – 17.500 - 19.500 PLN for a B2B contract (other forms of employment are also possible).
