Watersports Guide

As a Watersports Guide at Villa Haven, you will assist in the daily operations of the water-sports center, helping to ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. This role requires a passion for water-sports, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Minimum two years of experience in the watersports field (preferred).
Strong interest in watersports and outdoor activities.
Certifications:
- Certificate-3 in Aquatic Recreation Program (Villa College)
- VDWS Watersports Assistant Certificate
- VDWS Basic Windsurfing License
- VDWS Basic Catamaran Sailing License
- SLSA Surf Rescue Certificate
- Emergency First Response (EFR) Certificate
General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level).
Ability to handle motorized vessels.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and emergency procedures related to watersports.
Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous activities.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
