Responsibilities
- Have clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your position and to your team
- Acts as key contact person in Expedite operations issues/concerns between DSC, Client and clients’ sub-assembly.
- Work cooperatively with superiors, co-team leaders, DSC quality and clients quality personnel for effective alignment, executions and implementations of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Act as mentor to his team members to develop positive work attitude and help establish an environment conductive to good performance and morale and ensuring early resolution of conflict which will result to customer satisfaction
- To supervise the running of a safe and effecient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve IBL Standards and defined outcomes for its responsibility area/shift approach.
- Directly manage the flow of customer orders and activities of assigned area
- Maintain and build good and strong relationship with the customer putting DSC on their mind as their first choice logistics provider, employer of choice and investment of choice.
- Ensures Operational Performance improvements
- Ensures competent, motivated & harmonious working relations of assigned team, other team members and with client
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related program
- Experience in warehouse operations
- Proven experience in leading a team and managing projects
- Tech-savvy and with good interpersonal skills
- High level decision-making skills
- Willing to extend working hours as needed
- Amenable to work in Mandaue, Cebu
