Warehouse Counter

Overview

Unloading trucks, tracking deliveries, pulling Parts, issuing parts, receiving, cycle counting, and tracking warehouse inventory.

Responsibilities

• Staff the warehouse counter
• Accept deliveries, check in products/place into proper stocking locations
• Pick parts, issue parts to appropriate departments
• Perform cycle count
• Assist employees and contractors as “customers.”
• Investigate discrepancies.
• Operate crane and forklift.
• Vacation coverage for coworkers (Rotating and Day shift). Job will entail other misc. tasks.

Qualifications

Required 

• Experience with mobile equipment.
• A strong focus on safety.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking skills. Self-starter.
• Must be physically able to lift heavy parts. 

Preferred 

• Knowledge of CMMS inventory systems, Excel, and Outlook software. 
• Crane and/or Forklift certified.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and/or welding replacement parts helpful.
