Choose where you want to showcase your talents: Brasserie Marie, Trattoria Graziella, In Room Dining, or Events. Each department has its own atmosphere and character, but top-quality service and hospitality are always at the core. Where does your passion lie?

What you will do

Depending on the department you choose, you will play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience for our guests:

Brasserie Marie: Bring the vibrant heart of Amsterdam together with the flavors of the Côte d’Azur and create an authentic French dining experience.

In Room Dining: Deliver luxury service and culinary delights directly to our guests’ rooms.

Events: Work on unique events, from elegant weddings to exclusive business gatherings, ensuring flawless service.

Your daily tasks will vary per department but will include:

Giving guests a warm welcome and exceeding their expectations | Providing top-tier service by paying attention to detail and anticipating guests' needs | Presenting the menu and wines and making recommendations | Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service | Coaching and training junior staff members | Identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancing the guest experience.

Who you are

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within fine dining, banqueting, or luxury hospitality | Passion for luxury hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences | A true team player with a positive attitude and an eye for detail | Excellent communication skills to ensure seamless service | Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment | Always smiling and ready to take on any challenge.

Nice to have

Experience in high-end hospitality | A passion for luxury service | Experience in training and mentoring junior staff | In-depth knowledge of French or Italian cuisine.
