VP of Marketing

London Office Remote April 21, 2026 Full Time

About the role

We're hiring a VP of Marketing to own everything from brand to pipeline. You'll build and lead the marketing function, position ThreatAware's AI-powered capabilities as the future of cyber asset management, and drive the commercial narrative as we scale across the UK and North America. You report directly to the CEO.

Why ThreatAware?

ThreatAware gives security teams a single source of truth for every device and tool in their organisation. 150+ integrations, deploys in under 30 minutes, real-time visibility across entire IT estates. Finance, legal, energy, healthcare — they trust us to show them what's protected and what isn't.

Now we're building something bigger. Six years of accurate cyber asset data, and we're layering AI on top of it — new ways for security teams to interrogate their data, automate workflows, and act on risk before it becomes a problem. We need someone who can tell that story to the market.

What you'll do

Own the marketing function and build the team that fills the pipeline.

  • Define go-to-market strategy for our AI capabilities and overall ThreatAware positioning.

  • Build a marketing team across brand, demand gen, content, and web. Hire well, set the bar high, give people room to run.

  • Own pipeline contribution. MQLs, conversion, CAC, LTV — you'll know the numbers and you'll move them.

  • Run demand generation: digital campaigns, events, content, partnerships, and product-led growth initiatives.

  • Shape ThreatAware's voice as a thought leader in cyber asset management and AI security — PR, analyst relations, conferences, long-form content.

  • Partner with Sales on messaging and collateral, with Product on positioning, and with the CEO on investor and board narrative.

What we're looking for

  • Significant B2B tech marketing experience at VP/CMO level. You've built and led marketing teams before.

  • You think in pipeline, not just brand. You've owned revenue-adjacent metrics and can talk to a board about them.

  • Strategic range — you can define positioning on Monday, review ad spend on Tuesday, and brief an analyst on Wednesday.

  • SaaS experience is essential. Cybersecurity or security tools experience is a strong plus.

  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast. We're scaling from startup to structured — you'll build the playbooks as you go.

  • Experience with product-led growth marketing.
