Job Description
About the Role:
Develop and execute a business plan for territory in collaboration with cross functions that define business strategy and tactics to maximize market penetration and drive ETF flows.
Develop and execute strategies to grow ETF AUM in Taiwan.
Monitor market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory developments.
Organize educational programs, roadshows, and training sessions for brokers and institutional clients.
Ensure compliance with Taiwan’s regulatory requirements and coordinate with product teams for product development and approvals
Requirement for the Role :
Undergraduate in business, finance or related discipline required.
MBA or CFA preferred.
8+ years of investment industry, strong knowledge of and prior experience with ETFs required.
Strong understanding of ETF structures, liquidity, and trading mechanisms.
Minimum of 5 years of client facing or business development experience in a wholesale team.
Prior experience of the ETF ecosystem across Equities and/or Fixed Income
High levels of self-motivation and a strong work ethic
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in technology solutions related to portfolio management, trading and data analytics.
Local licensing requirements are expected to be fulfilled
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
