VP/AVP, Data Scientist, Group Audit
Responsibilities Collaborate closely with business auditors to understand their analytics requirements, and work with our LOBT to design data analytics solutions to address those needs, including rule based analytics, traditional AI/ML and GenAI/Agentic Support the full lifecycle activities, including requirement gathering, development, deployment and post-deployment monitoring. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional/location teams to drive analytics and tools adoption Participate in building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders, communicate analytical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering understanding and adoption Ensure adherence to internal policies/standards and regulatory requirements. Requirement Master/Bachelor in Computer Science, Business Analytics or other related disciplines At least 7 years of experience in managing and delivering data analytics projects Experience in developing AI/ML and/or GenAI solutions Experience with data engineering using Python / SQL / Spark / Pandas Experience with Tableau for dashboard development Knowledge of banking industry and internal audit function is a plus Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
