What you’ll be doing
You are responsible to operate a 24/7 high-available VoIP infrastructure.
You have an overview over the whole architecture and optimize it further
You plan and install new VoIP services or keep them up to date
Ensure impeccable call quality and performance with state-of-the-art monitoring software
You Monitor and coordinate with our upstream carriers
You support our software developers and AI-Teams with VoIP know-how in the further development of our software
