- Define and control project scope
- Set up a project team engaging the appropriate cross functional resources to deliver the project
- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure the project team is clear on objectives & deliverables
- Create & manage project plans in line with key activities and agreed outcomes of the Group Stage Gate process, including
- Design definition activities
- R&D development activities
- Activation tools
- Industrialisation
- Launch stock & ramp up management
- Define project schedules, monitor progress and report on project status
- Support, direct, and help the project team through the whole project life time by suggesting or challenging
- Identify risks and implement mitigation actions
- Interact proactively with other core team members to find proper solutions on possible issues and lead implementation of corrective actions till resolution
- Manage stakeholder expectations
- Manage all project documentation
- Work on multiple projects within the company’s project portfolio simultaneously
