Our Commercial Young Professional Program offers hands-on experience across marketing and sales functions, giving you a comprehensive view of both areas and their strategic interfaces.
The program offers flexible start dates.
This is you
With a completed degree in Business Administration focusing on product management or trade marketing, sales and ideally in pricing area or similar academic background
You bring 1–2 years of relevant work experience in product management and / or trade marketing, sales, or related areas with analytical tasks, ideally in an international environment
A passion for working in an intercultural context and working with data and numbers is something that describes you
You are highly adaptable, fast at picking up new tasks, and connect your practical experience with theoretical knowledge
With flexibility and willingness for different stays abroad (up to 1/2 year per country) or (inter)national business trips
Last but not least, you speak English very well (C1+)? Great! Additional European languages are a plus!
This is our program and what you will do
The starting annual salary range for this position in our program is 45.000 €
As part of the two-year individual career journey, starting in Brussels, you’ll rotate through different European locations and focus areas within sales and marketing with the strong opportunity for you to continue with us and further develop your career in a long term perspective in Brussels after completing the program
Sales: Work alongside our sales team to build strong customer relationships, explore new business opportunities, and help drive revenue growth
Marketing: You will support the creation and coordination of marketing activities that promote brand visibility and work closely with sales and pricing to ensure consistency and impact
You'll take on challenging tasks in day-to-day operations as well as cross-functional projects and build a broad network within the company
In addition to developing and learning by doing on the job, you’ll also strengthen your professional knowledge and soft skills through our accompanying young professional program
