Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people.Your mission, roles and responsibilities Overall responsibilities and duties:The role is to define, share, train, control and capitalize, all activities related with the infrastructure and process of the plant.The main missions of the role are:o    Define and create standard routines, together with ME and MA coordinators, for all daily activities performed by any maintenance technician, regarding facilities, in line with FES Equipment Careo    Define and create standard routines, together with plant maintenance coordinators, for all preventive maintenance activities performed by any maintenance technicien, regarding facilities, in line with FES Equipment Careo    Share and train all maintenance and coordinators on the defined standardso    Track, control and alert the respect for the defined and apllyed standardso    Standardize KPI’s o    Based on daily standard aplication, maintain a lessons learned follow up and live standard methodologyo    Ensure complete plant alignement with FES Equipment Careo    Coordinate all plant building maintenance with direct support of maintenace coordinatorso    Create and maintain plant maintenance register tableo    Organize, digital and paper documentation related with building maintenance  o    Support continuous improvement efforts:  propose and implement continuous productivity, efficiency and quality improvement actions for all facilities, specially on long and/or repetitive breakdowns, hi-consumption of Spare parts and consumables, slow down of machnes, etc… o    Define and monitor quality, cost and delivery objectives given to external companies when intervening: subcontracting, ordinary and major maintenance actions, energy, security systems o    Recommend safety policies and assure safety/legal controls are tested and reliableo    Ensure that machines and tools are running according HSE requirements and process definitions;o    Guarantee that process losses are according defined targets;o    Support continuous improvement process;o    Manage and report key Maintenance indicators;o    Plan, monitor and coordinate the work of external companies;o    Create and introduce procedures regarding the tasks of his/her field of responsibility;o    Support problem solving initiatives;Continuous improvement processo    Participate on the Improvement Ideas process according defined rules and targets;o    Coordinate and / or participate on QRCI in all levels (line, UAP and plant);People Managemento    Train, coach, and develop Maintenance Team of his responsibility;o    Support and train other networks/functions;Reportingo    Manage Maintenance key indicators of the plant HSEo    Apply HSE policies and assure safety/legal controls are tested and reliableo    MR#5 HSEOthers:o    Perform the tasks in a disciplined manner and accept the responsibilities associated with it, according the quality, environment, health and safety policies and the company’s strategic objectives in these areas. o    Respect and ensure in his/her daily approach the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia Code of Ethics (Respect for fundamental Human Rights, Development of economic and social dialogue,  Development of skills, Ethics and rules of business conduct,  if necessary reporting infringements to the Code of Ethics ).o    Respect and ensure in his/her daily approach the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia Code of Management (business planning, business execution, performance management & people development, business ethics)o    Perform other tasks not specified necessary to achieve the objectives of the company and the teamYour profile and competencies to succeed The ideal candidate will have/be:Education level: Degree in engineering, preferablyExperience :o    Ideally 1 year experience in in production area, including one position in Manufacturing EngineeringSkills and competencieso    Equipment care knowledgeo    Health, Safety and environment knwoledgeo    English requiredo    Computer skills as a usero    Leadership skillso    Ability to interface with other functions - Networking capabilities.o    International mindseto    SAPo    AutocadWhat we can do for you You will work within an international team full of energy;You will work on challenges that matter;You will find a strong emphasis on talent development and abundant opportunities for growth;You will have the autonomy to launch processes and to be accountable for them as a process owner;A powerful VIE community spirit within Forvians.Why join us FORVIA is an automotive technology group at the heart of smarter and more sustainable mobility.
