Activities Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Petrochemicals & Refining Belgium SA in Brussels !As a Business Controller for the Information Systems Department, you will act across the entire IT scope of the Company. You will guarantee the proper use of the IT budget, addressing transformation challenges (cybersecurity, digitalization, obsolescence management) within a context of budgetary discipline. You will be responsible for monitoring the DSI financial commitments and invoicing IT costs to the Branches. Managing IT budgets requires strong coordination and versatility to understand the financial stakes of Branches  with very different and complex activities. Your main missions will be : Develop the annual DSI budget (OPEX & CAPEX) in line with the DSI strategic planBuild and analyze budget reportingsLead monthly review meetings with each of DSI departmentsManage the creation of purchase orders in the systemsPrepare the annual invoicing schedule and ensure monthly invoicing to internal clientsMonitor invoicing and perform closing accounting entriesAdminister access to various systems (SAP, MY EPROC, MYRFS, etc.). Candidate Profile Expected qualifications :Business School degree / Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, economy, cost control, accounting, etcTechnical skills :Financial background : accounting, cost control, economy, businessExcellent skills in synthesising, organising and analysing dataFirst experience in accounting and/or cost controlComputing skills :Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office : Excel (pivot table), Powerpoint, WordKnowledge of Power BI Knowledge of SAP is an assetLanguages :French: level C1English: level B2 (occasional use) Additional Information Planned start date : July/August 2026 TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth and offers equal opportunity careers.
