Schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Dubai Time (GST), including a 1-hour break
Important
This role is only for candidates with hands-on experience editing Meta ads for DTC e-commerce brands.
If your background is in general video editing, organic content, podcasts, weddings, YouTube, brand videos, or non-DTC content, this role will not be a match.
A portfolio with relevant Meta-focused DTC ad creatives is required for consideration.
About the Company
Our client is a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand in the home fitness space, primarily serving the US market.
The company creates and sells premium, space-efficient home gym equipment and drives growth through performance marketing, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
Creative is a core revenue driver for the business. The team tests fast, iterates constantly, and scales what performs. You’ll join an established, data-driven marketing environment with clear systems, SOPs, and a large creative team already in place.
About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven Video Editor who understands how to create ad creatives that convert.
This is not a general editing role. We need someone who has already worked on direct-response Meta ads for DTC e-commerce brands and knows how to build creatives around performance, hooks, retention, pacing, and conversion.
You should be comfortable editing:
Meta video ads
VSLs (Video Sales Letters)
UGC-style paid creatives
direct-response videos designed to drive purchases
What You’ll Do
Edit high-converting video ads for Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Create compelling VSL-style ad creatives
Produce UGC-style performance ads for paid acquisition
Turn briefs, raw assets, and winning angles into conversion-focused creatives
Follow established SOPs and creative workflows
Work closely with the creative and marketing teams
Support ongoing testing by iterating on hooks, structures, and winning concepts
Help scale top-performing creatives through fast, high-quality execution
Must-Have RequirementsTo be considered, you must have:
Proven experience editing DTC e-commerce ads
Hands-on experience creating Meta-focused paid social creatives
A portfolio that clearly shows performance-style ad work
Strong understanding of:
direct-response editing
hook creation and hook psychology
VSL structure
UGC pacing and retention techniques
ad creative built for conversion, not just aesthetics
Ability to work full-time in a structured, high-output environment
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
Experience in the fitness, wellness, or consumer product space
Familiarity with creative workflows and project tools such as ClickUp
Experience working in teams that test and iterate creatives at speed

Compensation
$1,500–$3,000/month, depending on experience and skill level
Higher compensation levels come with higher performance expectations during onboarding
Paid twice monthly via Payoneer

PTO available upon request based on business needs
