Video & Reels Creator (Female Preferred – Junior / Mid-Level)
Rannlab Technologies is looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Video & Reels Creator (Female Preferred) who can produce engaging short-form video content for our brand, campaigns, client showcases, product demos, and social media presence. This role is perfect for candidates who are active on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok-style platforms and have a strong interest in video creation and storytelling.
The selected candidate will conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality reels and short videos that align with Rannlab’s brand, target audience, and marketing strategy.
About the Video & Reels Creator Role
The Video Reels Creator role focuses on producing dynamic short videos that increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility on platforms such as:
- YouTube Shorts
- WhatsApp Channels
This position requires creativity, confidence on camera (preferred), understanding of trends, and the ability to craft visually compelling and high-energy content.
Female candidates are preferred for this role due to on-camera brand representation requirements.
Key Responsibilities (Video Reels Creator)
1. Content Creation – Video & Reels
- Shoot high-quality videos using phone or camera equipment.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional clips.
- Participate on-camera for brand content (if comfortable).
- Use trending audio, effects, hooks, and concepts to maximize engagement.
2. Creative Concept Development
- Brainstorm content themes, scripts, and creative ideas with the marketing team.
- Prepare short scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and creative angles for each reel.
- Research industry trends and competitor content.
3. Video Editing
- Edit videos using tools like CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Apply transitions, captions, filters, and sound effects.
- Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all videos.
4. Social Media Optimization
- Use hashtags, hooks, and CTA techniques to increase reach.
- Understand audience preferences for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn content.
- Upload content with proper formatting, aspect ratio, and timing.
5. Brand Storytelling
- Communicate Rannlab’s culture, behind-the-scenes work, achievements, and client success stories through video.
- Create reels showcasing:
- Team activities
- Office environment
- Solutions & products
- Client testimonials
- Event highlights
- Employee interviews
6. Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, and HR teams to plan content calendars.
- Participate in shoots, studio setups, and creative brainstorming sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending formats.
- Confidence in creating and editing short-form video content.
- Experience using editing apps like CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Creative thinking and ability to deliver visually appealing videos.
- Basic scripting and storytelling ability.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Ability to appear on-camera and speak confidently.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and performance analytics.
- Experience using DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
- Basic motion graphics, Lottie animations, or overlay skills.
Experience Required
- Junior: 0.6–1.5 years
- Mid-Level: 1.5–3 years

Salary Range
- Junior: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000
- Mid-Level: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
