Our client, a high-growth pharmaceutical company in the compounding space, has exclusively retained Solutus Legal in its search for a Vice President/Deputy General Counsel of Litigation & Intellectual Property. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this executive will serve as a key strategic advisor to senior leadership, overseeing all complex litigation and guiding the company’s broader risk management and IP enforcement strategy.   This role is ideal for a business-minded, strategic litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is passionate about leading teams, managing risk, and shaping the future of a dynamic company. The position may be performed remotely, with travel to Houston headquarters as needed.
