Purpose

Assist in the maintenance, expansion, and improvement of the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) to provide secure, robust, scalable automation services across Linux, Windows, and network environments. Contribute to enterprise automation initiatives, ensure platform uptime, and support cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and administer Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) including controller, execution nodes, automation mesh, execution environments, private automation hub, and integrations.
• Perform capacity planning, platform upgrades, backups, DR exercises, patch management, workflow optimization, and automation platform health monitoring.
• Maintain and optimize automation code repositories (Git/Bitbucket), branching models, CI/CD pipelines for automation content, and version-controlled Infrastructure‑as‑Code.

Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 -14 years’ experience in Microsoft Windows based technology.
• (Mandatory) Develop Ansible playbooks and reusable roles following enterprise standards.
• Experience in automation development & platform operations in large-scale environments.
