VHA Project Manager

Blue Water Thinking is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in leading the analysis and evaluation of healthcare program effectiveness within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). The selected candidate will be responsible for workforce management, human resources consulting, and organizational performance improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in program analysis, workforce management, or human resources consulting
Demonstrated experience applying federal HR regulations, including classification, staffing, and employee/labor relations
Proven ability to analyze complex programs and develop actionable recommendations to improve organizational performance
Experience developing performance metrics, conducting program evaluations, and producing executive-level reports
