About This Role
Join our veterinary practice as a full-time Hospital Manager and lead a dedicated team committed to exceptional animal care! In this pivotal leadership role, you'll orchestrate the daily operations of our hospital, ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our clients and compassionate care to our patients.

- Client Experience Champion: You'll create and maintain a client-centered environment, ensuring every pet owner receives attentive service and promptly addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or an animal related field preferred
- 5+ years of Hospital Management experience in an animal hospital
- Technician license (RVT) designation is preferred
- Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation is a plus
- Experience with veterinary practice management software (eVet)
