🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a designer who loves bringing early-stage ideas to life — fast.
As our Venture Designer, you’ll shape concepts, craft prototypes, build brands, and create the early magic that helps new ventures take off. You’ll work closely with Venture Architects, clients, and users to turn bold ideas into real, testable, beautiful experiences.

🎨 What You’ll Do

Concept & Venture Creation

Ideate and develop venture concepts with our Venture Architects.
Shape early-stage brand identities and visual styles.
Build rapid prototypes and landing pages to bring concepts to life.

Storytelling, Pitches & Creative Assets

Enhance storylines for pitch decks, keynotes, and presentations.
Create effective social media campaigns and creative initiatives.
Support the creation of design articles for 10,000+ industry experts.

Testing, Feedback & Client Collaboration

Test prototypes with real users using service design methodologies.
Present concepts in client meetings and gather feedback.
Support and evolve our internal design methodology.

Team & Ownership
