Ventia’s Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Capital Delivery to join the team.
The Project Manager – Capital Delivery leads the delivery of larger and more complex road construction projects across the network. The role carries accountability for project scope, budget, schedule and performance in a safety‑critical environment.
You will work closely with construction, engineering and commercial teams to deliver robust outcomes while managing interfaces with stakeholders and support functions.
This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of our Dandenong office.
Role responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of capital works projects
- Manage project teams, consultants and construction contractors
- Oversee project budgets, schedules and commercial outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards
- Support estimating, procurement and planning activities
About You
To be successful in your application, you will have:
- Significant experience delivering civil or road infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
- Proven commercial and delivery experience
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related discipline
- Supervisory experience in either Road Maintenance, Operations or Construction field
- White Card and driver’s licence
- Good understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel.
