Ventia’s Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler to join the team.

The Planner / Scheduler supports day‑to‑day planning and scheduling activities for maintenance and works delivery. The role ensures accurate scheduling, system updates and coordination to support smooth operational execution.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys structure, detail and working closely with operational teams in an infrastructure environment.


This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of our Wendouree office.

 

Role responsibilities:

  • Support development of maintenance and works schedules
  • Maintain planning systems and records
  • Support reporting and coordination

 
About You

To be successful in your application, you will have:

  • Experience in planning or administration roles
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Supervisory experience in either Road Maintenance, Operations or Construction field.
  • White Card and driver’s licence.
  • Good understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel
