In This Role
- Serve as a liaison between Four Hands and US vendors to follow product quality and packaging specifications
- Build and manage vendor relationships through regular one-on-one meetings, representing the organization while balancing vendor needs and constraints
- Partner cross-functionally with product and quality teams to align on vendor product quality and root cause analysis
- Lead product and packaging testing to ensure durability, longevity, and safe delivery, including hands-on validation of product performance
- Evaluate and improve packaging effectiveness, particularly for fragile and high-risk items
- Train and guide vendors on testing standards, procedures and QARMA inspections
- Identify quality issues and defect trends, driving root cause analysis and resolution with vendors
- Hold vendors accountable for corrective actions, ensuring issues are resolved within established timelines
- Manage data and reporting within PLM system around product technical specifications
- Participate in sample reviews with US Sourcing and Austin Design as required
- Travel to vendor locations at least 25% of time (domestic and international)

The Ideal Person
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supplier or product quality coordination, furniture experience preferred
- Ability to travel to vendor locations at least 25% of time (domestic and international)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading vendor calls, documenting issues, and providing clear feedback
- Proven ability to operate independently, manage priorities, and drive vendor follow-ups to completion with minimal oversight
- Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills
- High attention to detail with sense of urgency and the ability to balance competing priorities
