The Chief of Staff for each of these subdivisions plays a pivotal role as a strategic partner and force multiplier, driving clarity, cohesion, and execution across the division. This role ensures seamless alignment between strategic priorities and operational delivery, fosters high-impact collaboration among senior leaders, and accelerates initiatives that elevate divisional performance.  Acting as a trusted advisor, integrator, and proxy for the head of the respective subdivision, the Chief of Staff empowers the leadership team, amplifies decision-making, and champions the division’s agenda with precision and purpose.  Success in this role demands a blend of strategic insight, executive presence, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings sharp analytical thinking, exceptional communication and writing skills, and the ability to manage complexity with agility. They thrive in ambiguity, anticipate challenges before they arise, and offer thoughtful, actionable recommendations that move the division forward.

With a strong ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels, the Chief of Staff drives momentum—ensuring that priorities are not only set but achieved. 

  
What You’ll Do:  

  • Partner with one of respective subdivision senior leadership to develop and refine strategic business plans, translating goals into actionable outcomes. Reports on the subdivision’s progress and fosters insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 

  • Develop and lead the subdivision’s operating cadence (staff meetings, huddles, planning sessions, offsites, town halls), ensuring each forum has a purpose, agenda, and follow-through. 

  • Create high-quality executive presentations and briefs for internal and external audiences, making complex data clear and compelling. 

  • Drive key projects and participate in critical initiatives across the subdivision and division. 

  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement. 

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and the MD Chief of Staff to co-author divisional papers for governance bodies or other executive forums. 

  • Leads or participates in key projects for the subdivision and division.

  • Self-starter with strong ability to work quickly and independently, with attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines.   

  • Data literate and insight driven, turning analysis into recommendations and tradeoffs for product, risk, and client outcomes. 

Qualifications:  

  • Eight years related work experience, including five years of experience within a client facing division.  

  • Undergraduate degree required. Graduate degree preferred.    

  • Ability to appropriately manage confidential, sensitive data.

  • Proficiency in MS Office product suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
