Job Description
How you will contribute:
Accountable and responsible for Line Performance in SQCDSM parameters with strong HPWS & Il6S ways of working
Accountable to drive actions to reduce the Manufacturing conversion cost of line with strong business acumen
Drive the Line level PDCA by leading the loss eradication & people capability building
Accountable for Line IL6S progression and hence delivery of KPI as per master plan
Demonstrate strong people leadership & stake holder management skill
Key responsibilities :
Safety, Quality & Compliance
Drive the zero-mindset culture and execution excellence in Quality & Safety
Leading the risk assessment and reducing the high RRN as well ensuring strong behaviour safety culture at floor
Ensure CTP & CTQ are met and actions are being to improved further
Ensuring implementation on appropriate QM policies and CAPA to improve further
Ensure all change management is complied with Health, Science & Environment Quality aspects as well other stake holder
Ensure Best in class standards of 5S, GMP & visualisation at line
Ensure adherence with applicable compliances at line
Delivery & Cost
Responsible for delivery of CTS and GE hence volume commitment by eliminating the unplanned losses
Drive Loss Analysis & eradication in sustainable way at line to drive the BIC MCC and its cost elements like Yield, DVE, DVL & other fixed cost
Prepare and own the budget(part of AC) for the lines along with key stakeholders
Drive the execution excellence in operation, process & maintenance by ensuring effectiveness of all relevant SWP from AM, PM, QM & other pillar
Responsible for driving the Line PDCA(Plan, Do, Check & Act) to eliminate the losses by execution of IL6S wow
Accountable for Process and Equipment reliabilities to achieve line performances
Closely work with PPIC team for production plan, raw and packaging material availability
Develop overall line master plan to ensure the production line capacity is capable to deliver demand volume for next 6-12 months.
Growth
Work on short- and long-term opportunities & actions to debottleneck, ease of operation, smart automation to improve asset utilization & Net productivity
Lead the VSU team for small or big interventions like capacity expansion, recipe changes or NPD on line ensuring all KPIs of intervention are achieved with effective cross functional team work
Early involvement in new project, product, process or equipment design phase to provide the MP database, Design FMEA inputs to ensure VSU
Supporting effective change management process at line in line with IIM pillar guidelines
People Leadership & Operation Excellence
Demonstrate strong people leadership at shop floor through coaching, mentoring & guiding and enabling them to become self-managed team with required skill set & capabilities
Work as custodian of HPWS culture with strong capability and team development as core
Lead the DMS & PDCA for the line to keep actions in alignment with Line masterplan & line deliverables
Drive the line Digital & automation initiatives to improve efficiencies in operation & improvement in people efficiencies
Lead the DMS and SWP owned effectively to contribute over all site progression
What you will Bring
Bachelor degree or equivalent- related with Engineer (EE, ME, IE, Electronics Engineer, Food Tech etc.)
Strong people leadership & business acumen ship skills
Well versed in Budgeting, cost & loss analysis, Strategic planning, Resource allocation
Intermediate level of skill qualification in HS&E, QCMS, Goods Manufacturing Practices (GMP),
Minimum of 5 years of experience in chocolate process , Digital wow & design thinking
Qualified high level in IL6S skill or TPM
