Service Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our QCS (Quality Control System) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Valmet QCS and Profiler systems, and a strong background in the pulp and paper industry. This role requires the ability to work independently on projects and services, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and support QCS projects and services, including commissioning and startup activities.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance and supervision for Valmet QCS and Profiler systems installed base with Lifecycle concept.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project / service delivery.
• Maintain a high standard of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude in all work environments.
• Works independently to complete given assignments, carrying out day-to-day servicing activities

Qualifications:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in the pulp and paper industry, particularly in QCS maintenance, project execution, and site management.
• Strong knowledge of Valmet QCS and Profiler systems is essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
