Service Engineer, Grinding & Coating

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate HVOF spraying equipment with high efficiency and precision

• Optimize supersonic spray parameters including fuel/oxygen ratio, spray distance, powder feed rate, and gun speed

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on HVOF equipment

• Lead and support coating projects based on business needs

• Apply basic grinding techniques and operate grinding machines as required.

Expectations for you:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supersonic thermal spraying (HVOF/HVAF), with hands-on coating production of industrial components

• Proficient in coating performance testing and microstructure analysis using relevant equipment

• Familiar with supersonic spraying systems (Sulzer Metco, Praxair, Oerlikon Metco series), including setup, debugging, and troubleshooting

• Strong analytical and process optimization skills to resolve quality issues such as porosity, cracking, or low hardness

• Education: Junior college or above; high school graduates with extensive experience and exceptional skills are also welcome

• Good English reading and writing skills; basic listening and speaking abilities

• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills

• Willingness to work on public holidays, travel frequently, and handle night shifts for on-site projects
