Lead Production Excellence as Senior Supervisor, Production Management

Your responsibilities

• You oversee daily production operations for welding, machining, surface treatment, painting, and cleaning processes across multiple business lines.
• You organize production according to plans, managing shift schedules, workstation rotations, leave arrangements, overtime, and backup to meet delivery targets.
• You lead, coach, and develop production teams, including onboarding, skills training, and safety education for new employees.
• You partner with Quality to ensure products meet specifications, non-conforming items are isolated, and quality targets are achieved.
• You support the shop floor with technical problem-solving, equipment setup, maintenance coordination, and continuous process improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiency.

Expectations for you

• You hold a bachelor’s degree or above, or a junior college degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and you can read, write, and communicate in English at work.
• You bring 5–8 years of production management experience, with strong understanding of mechanical processing and technical drawings.
• You are proficient with MS Office and ERP systems and comfortable working with production data and reports.
• You have hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, ideally with automation or lean production projects.

You combine strong production leadership with solid technical knowledge of machining, welding, and manufacturing processes. You stay close to the shop floor, address issues quickly, and guide teams through change while maintaining safety, quality, and delivery performance. You make data-based decisions and collaborate effectively with Planning, Quality, and Engineering.
