Manager, Fiber Field Service

We are looking for an experienced and driven Manager, Fiber Field Service to lead and grow our chemical pulp field service business across China. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in wood handling, cooking, washing, oxygen delignification, bleaching, and pulp dryer operations, while developing long-term service agreements with key customers.

Your responsibilities:

1. Contribute to chemical pulp field service business development in PEC SER, including wood handing, cooking, washing, oxygen delignification, bleaching, pulp dryer. Meanwhile, develop the pulp agreement business.

2. Visit and interact with customers for opportunity identification especially about process optimization, shutdown service, onsite repair. Prepare technical solution and make quotations.

3. Quickly respond to customer inquiry. Work out feasible solutions with resources available.

4. Assist the coordination during field service based on company policy and customer needs.

5. Be responsible for project progress and budget.   

6. Be familiar with various changes onsite. Work under pressure. Active to solve problems independently and result oriented.

7. Frequent travelling is required.

Expectations for you

1. Three to five years working experience of operation and maintenance in chemical pulp, ranging from wood handling, cooking, washing, oxygen delignification, bleaching to pulp dryer.

2. Be good at coordination complex at site. Sales mindset.

3. A quicker learner of new technical skills and willing to share internally.

4. Multi-task player and clear of priorities.

5. English in oral and written to communicate with foreign colleagues.
