You are an accomplished technology leader with deep experience in infrastructure, operational technologies, applications and industrial innovation, preferably within mining or heavy industrial environments. You excel at managing cross‑functional teams, complex project portfolios, vendor partnerships and high‑value technology ecosystems. Required: Undergraduate degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Mining, or related field), Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Master's degree. 11-15 years of progressively responsible experience in infrastructure, operational technology, or industrial technology roles. Demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects, programs, and portfolios in mining or industrial environments. Proven success managing cross‑functional and globally distributed teams, including engineers, project managers, technicians, and vendor partners. Strong background in applying PMO methods (risk, change, portfolio, and strategic management). Experience integrating and deploying mining‑specific technologies such as autonomous vehicles, tele‑remote systems, predictive maintenance platforms, IIoT, and environmental/geotechnical monitoring. Hands‑on experience with regulatory and safety frameworks (MSHA, ISO 55000, IEC 62443, cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS/SANS 20, ISO 27001).
