As a UX/UI designer, you will empower the tbi mobile app with top-notch designs that can positively impact people's lives. With your creativity and user research skills, you can develop high-fidelity mockups that deliver a seamless user experience. By working closely with developers and mobile app team members, you can ensure that your designs come to life, making a lasting impression and impact on users.
What You Get To Do In This Role
Apply design thinking methodology throughout the mobile app development lifecycle
Partner with domain teams to understand user needs, pain points, desired functionalities, and business requirements
Analyze business goals, user data, market research, and competitive analysis to ensure solutions align with user needs and business objectives
Conduct user research, including surveys and interviews, to gather actionable insights
Collaborate with team members to develop detailed project outlines, defining scope, goals, and deliverables
Visualize user experience by creating user flows
Design and iterate low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
Create visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent UI elements that adhere to brand guidelines and existing UI Kit
Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are feasible and implementable
Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback
Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile app design trends and best practices
